Inch Graphic Images
Our
graphic images are edited using the highest resolution
available to ensure that you have a clean, clear and crisp
image to use. These images are saved using a .jpg/ .jpeg
format. In general, there are graphic formats suitable for
printing and those for on-screen viewing or online
publishing. For high-resolution output, EPS and TIFF will
provide the least hassles and the best quality. However,
most people cannot or do not have a program that will allow
them to use those particular formats. So we edit them
to .tiff and then convert them to .jpg in order for you to
pull it up easier.
JPG
or JPEG is a bitmap format developed specifically for
photographic images by the Joint Photographic Experts Group.
JPEG may look good on-screen and may produce nice
inkjet prints, but it is not suitable for high resolution
commercial printing. The relatively low file size of large
JPEGs is achieved with a lossy compression scheme
that tosses out bits of data — information about the image
— each time it is edited and then saved. Images requiring
editing should first be saved as TIFF or some other lossless
format.
But
your images are going to be 1 inch. Therefore, you want
crisp images at a low resolution, but edited at a high
resolution. You cannot increase the size of these images and
maintain a clear picture. The pixels will not allow that.

These images are printed on a 4 x 6 glossy Kodak paper
cardstock. We normally ship within 24 to 48 hours of
receiving payment. These do ship via USPS first class mail.
We do not ship on fridays, weekends or holidays. This time
allows us to catch up and make other images!
