1. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
No. All bottle caps are .55 cents each.

2. When can I expect my order?
Generally it takes 1 week (7 working days) to process your
order and they will be shipped after that time frame. That will apply to
orders 1-100. Orders totaling over 100 bottle caps (and special request can take longer to process.

3. Can I suggest a bottle cap color?
Yes. You can! If it is available, we will use that color. If
not, we will use what is available.

4. What color bottle cap will you use on
my order?
Bottle caps are selected to match your image colors. Your
bottle cap can be different than what is shown in the picture.

5. Do you accept returns?
Yes. You will need to first send us an e-mail and explain why
you need to make the return. If acceptable, we will have you to return the
item to us and we will refund you for the item only. (Unless we find it to be
our fault, at which time, we will reimburse for shipping too) We are not
responsible for damage caused by the Postal service.

6.Can I make a special request or send
in my own photos to put on caps?
Yes you can! Send us an e-mail with your request and we can
let you know if we can do that for you!

7. What are your business hours?
We are open Monday through Thursday 8 AM-EST to 5 PM-EST.

8. Can I call in my order?
No. We prefer it to be in an e-mail or use our shopping cart.
That way we are assured of getting it right.
