Payments Accepted:
We accept all major credit cards and echecks through Paypal.com. We securely
accept visa and mastercard online. A Money Order
mailed with printed order form is also accepted. All mail in orders should be
mailed to us within 2 weeks or we will have to cancel your order. For mail in
orders, you order date will be the date we receive your money order not the date
you placed your order online. Personal checks are no longer accepted due to so
many NSF received. When mailing in orders add applicable shipping charges,
insurance if needed and Georgia residents add 7% sales tax. We can only accept
paypal as a form of payment for all orders that are outside of the United
States. International Buyers-please e-mail for shipping charges!

Shipping Info:
Orders are currently taking about a month before they are shipped out. Please
allow an additional 3-4 days (for US orders only) in shipping time for them to
arrive to you. All times are approximate and could give or take a day or two to
arrive to you. Holidays and Weekends can delay orders being shipped. You will
receive an email from us when your package is ready to be mailed that way you
will know when to expect your order. Keep in mind that all of our bows are
custom made to order. Your hairbow isn't made until your order comes in to us.
We hand make all of our bows. This takes a little more time, but well worth the
wait. Also, be sure your paypal e-mail address is correct. We only ship to
confirmed addresses. Unless this is a gift. If this is a gift, we will send
another e-mail to you to verify the address of the recipient. You MUST respond
back to that e-mail in order for us to process the sale.
Cancellations:
Once your order has been placed, we do not allow for refunds, exchanges or
cancellations. At the time that you place your order we may have ordered
supplies to make your order. Or our bow tech's may have started the process. If
a shipping date is in question, you can email us BEFORE you place your order and
we can give you an approximate delivery date and that way you can calculate your
time frame. Holiday bows will always need to be ordered well in advance before
the holiday. As a general rule, you would have to order holiday bows at least 4
1/2 to 5 weeks before the holiday.
Rush Order Fees
It has become increasingly hard to accommodate rush orders due to the extremely
high volumes of orders we receive. We will only accept rush orders on rare occasions.
Please send us an e-mail if you need this in a hurry! That way, we can let you
know if the mission can be accomplished! The rush order fee is $15.00 for orders
under $50.00 and for orders over $50 the rush order fee is 35% of order.
Rush orders will ship USPS Express shipping. That is a separate charge and will
be calculated at at the completion of your order. ( Express shipping generally
starts at $22 and goes up depending on your order.)

NOTE: If you live in or near Savannah,
Ga. and want to pick yours up-DO NOT use the shipping cart. Just send us an
e-mail and we will forward an invoice to you without the shipping cost added in!
Shipping Insurance:
We are Not Responsible for packages once they have been shipped. The insurance
will cover any damage or loss during shipping. Insurance is not included in the
shipping charges. If you would like to insure you package against any damage or
loss during shipping please add this to your order during the checkout process.
Contact us for the correct shipping insurance to add. We are not responsible for
damage caused by the postal service. We will take every precaution in wrapping
and packaging your items for safe delivery.
Return Policy
We take pride in making high quality bowtique bows. We personally inspect every
bow before shipping it to you. And therefore, we do not allow for refunds,
exchanges or cancellations after you've placed your order. However, if we make a
mistake in making your item email us for an exchange for the correct item. This
is generally unlikely though as we do send you e-mails along the process to
receive your approval or disapproval. We will not accept exchanges on
incorrectly made items that have been worn or not in the same condition it was
mailed to you. We will only accept incorrectly made item claims within 7 days
upon you receiving your shipment. You will be asked to send the incorrectly made
product back to us before we can exchange it. We will not refund shipping cost.
So please make sure your items are to your satisfaction before making your final
purchase!

we still have our chocolate molds and hard candy molds. We are closing out that
line soon. So be sure to check back often! As stock is depleted it will not be
refilled. Great deals are being offered here for chocolate molds and hard candy
molds! We do also have a few silicon flex molds in stock but are selling fast.
