Our office hours are Monday thru Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

We are located in Savannah, GA. We are not open to the public, but will gladly allow customer pick-up if you live in or near Savannah, GA.

We do not accept phone calls. We are generally busy with creating or glazing and cannot always answer the phone. However, we do respond to all e-mails normally within 24 hours. If you have not heard from us within that time frame-resend your e-mail!

Payment Information:

We will start processing your order once payment is made. 

Ga. residences will need to pay state sales tax.

If you submit a request for bottle caps via e-mail, all Special request will have to be paid before work is processed. There are no refunds issued on special request bottle caps. An invoice will be sent via your e-mail. Once payment is made, we will begin processing your order.

Our payment is set up through Paypal. A secure way to pay online. However, if you prefer to not use PAYPAL, we can invoice you through Google checkout.

Shipping Information 

We ship using USPS first class mail. If you need your order sent priority, please send an e-mail and we will invoice you for the difference.

With first class mail, you should receive your order in 3 to 5 days.

With priority mail, you should receive your order in 2 to 3 days.

How to order:

Look through the caps and write down the main page name (located at the top of the page) and number(s) of the caps you want.

For 1-49 caps are .65

For 50+ caps are .50

If we don't have the image(s) you want, simply send us an e-mail and we will make it! We always add BLING to the caps! That just makes it stand out! The crystal is color coordinated with the color in the image!

If you don't have enough room to complete your order, simply send an e-mail to us with your list using the page code name and number(s). Please also add the date of payment.
